Mary (Katie) Scott, DVM

I WANTED TO BECOME A VETERINARIAN TO END SUFFERING FOR ANIMALS THAT ARE ILL AND TO HELP KEEP HEALTHY ANIMALS GOING STRONG.

MY FAVORITE ANIMALS TO WORK WITH ARE HORSES.  THEY ARE INTELLIGENT AND SENSITIVE WHICH MAKES WORKING WITH THEM A CHALLENGE.

Kristy Stout, DVM
Dr. Kristy Stout has been with our clinic since 2021. She graduated from Ohio State University School of veterinary Medicine in 2021. From the time Dr. Kristy was a little girl riding along in a vet truck and hanging out with her dad at his clinic, she knew it was her dream to become a veterinarian as well. Seeing him help animals her whole life made her want to follow in his footsteps. It brings her so much joy to be able to now help animals and people in our community herself. Dr. Kristy’s favorite animal to work with is cats. She loves them all, starting with itty bitty kittens to the 20+ year old crunchy elderly cats. They all have such unique personalities that make them fun to work with. Dr. Kristy has 4 cats of her own, Ralph, Maxine, Bubbles, and Palmer. She also has 1 dog named Sissy. Four out of five of her pets were adopted from a local rescue that she volunteers with. Her favorite part of working with Diamond M is the staff who work alongside her every day. She can’t imagine trying to get through the tough days without them.

Amanda Nall, DVM
Dr. Amanda Nall comes to us from California. She graduated in 2025 from Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine. She started here in 2025. Dr. Amanda always knew she wanted to go into the veterinary field. There was no other degree or career path that she felt motivated or passionate toward. She has always found the science and medicines interesting. Dr. Amanda recognizes the need for large animal and rural vets and felt that she could up in our area. Dr. Amanda has 1 dog and 1 cat living with her here in Ohio, and she has 1 horse living with her family back in California. Her favorite animal to work with is cattle, along with producers. She enjoys that cattle can be straightforward but can also give her a challenge. Dr. Amanda’s favorite part of working at our clinic is the supportive team based atmosphere, the variety of cases including ER, and the ambulatory work that helps people and is exciting.
